Hello,
As the original owner of charts made by the user TFD500, I am writing this issue to formally notify you of unauthorized distribution of unreleased charts from my Gitea repository, being released without consent in a chart compilation, which I did not agree upon.

The infringing charts are as follows:

Thé à la Menthe (Instrumentale)

This chart has not been released officially, only on Discord. As such, I request that the infringing material be removed promptly to prevent further unauthorized distribution. If you require further information to process this request, please reply to this issue.
