The folder board shows the box explanation lines in place of the song count. A folder whose box.def has no explanation now had an empty board.

When a folder has no explanation lines, the board shows its song count (N songs), as it did before. Folders with an explanation are unchanged.

Checked in play: the J-POP folder (no explanation) shows "685 songs" when opened.

checksums.sha256 is not part of this PR.
