Every skin_config text entry carries ja / en / zh (Simplified) / ko;
the 249 settings-menu strings that only existed in English get ja, zh
and ko and the language selector offers Korean. font_kr.ttf renders the
Korean strings; Simplified Chinese uses the skin's main font.
