Two entry-screen fixes.

Control guide (top-left drum panel). It always showed the decide half. The cabinet's ControlGuide switches modes through the entry flow (entry_main.lua ChangeMode): decide alone on the credit screen, the all loop (rim to choose + face to decide) on mode select whenever the list has more than one board, and hidden during the drum select. entry.lua / entry/box.lua publish the current phase in a global while they draw; global/indicator.lua picks the half from it. The all half is the first 210 cells of the existing global/indicator/background bake, so no new texture.

Mode board title. The open board's title sat against the top edge of the plate's dark band instead of in its middle. The text object's box is taller than its ink (descender room), so the nominal y was moved for the ink: -118 -> -97 (band centre is 104.5 above the board centre; -97 was tuned on screen).

- The top-left control guide follows the cabinet's ChangeMode: `decide` alone on
  the credit screen, the `all` loop (rim to choose + face to decide) on mode
  select when the list has more than one board, hidden during the drum select.
  entry.lua / entry/box.lua publish the phase, global/indicator.lua reads it.
- The open mode board's title sits in the middle of the dark band at the top of
  the plate; the text object's box is taller than its ink, so the nominal y is
  set for the ink (-118 -> -97).

Added: the control guide is replayed from the cabinet clip at 60 fps (whole all loop: rim up, rim down, face + 決定; decide on the credit screen) on entry, mode select and song select, with the 決定 label drawn in the engine font. New textures global/indicator/panel and game/guide_*_anim need the TexID table regenerated (rebuild after the skin update).
