Translation-only now: the generated-caption work that used to live on this branch has been withdrawn (it was not faithful enough to the baked art), so this PR is just strings.

  • Every skin_config.json text entry carries ja / en / zh (Simplified) / ko.

The Lua-string dictionary itself is #35; this sits on top of the current main.
