The manifest predates #47/#48/#50, so the skin updater:

never downloaded the 1884 files #48 added (its backdrops, and the collab_packs.lua/bg_anim data that the updated background.lua requires),
re-fetched the 17 files those PRs changed on every launch (hash never matches),
still listed bg_collabs/gumi.lua, deleted in #47.

Regenerated from the main tree: blob bytes, LFS files by their pointer oid. The same rule reproduces the previous manifest (d87aef0) line for line. Existing lines keep their order; new files are appended sorted.

The manifest predates #47/#48/#50: the skin updater skipped every
backdrop added in #48 (1884 files), kept fetching 17 changed files on
each launch, and still listed the deleted gumi.lua. Hashes are the
blob bytes (LFS: pointer oid), same as the existing entries.
