Brings the dan select course panel closer to the cabinet.

Song rows

Only the song title is shown; the subtitle line is gone.
In ja/zh/ko the title is cut into ASCII runs and other runs, made separately and butted together. This keeps kanji and kana at their full width. Other languages are drawn as before.
This needs OutlinedText.text from the engine (Yonokid/YataiDON PR to follow). Without it, the engine's title is drawn as it is now.

Exam conditions

Values such as 「100 %以上」 and 「8 未満」:
- smaller (font_size 36→32 and 28→25), with a slightly thicker edge;
- centred on the row's coin icon and right-aligned with the cabinet's;
- in ja/zh/ko the digits are a little narrower next to the full-width 以上/未満, with some room between them.
The labels (yellow_box/exam_*.png) are smaller, edged in dark ochre and centred in their pills.
The 合格条件 tab, the frame and the exam boxes sit 5 px higher, and the tab joins the frame line.

Back chip

A label set across (non-CJK languages) uses a smaller size instead of being squeezed to the chip.

Checked in dan select on 初級 and 達人 in ja and en. No errors in the log.

checksums.sha256 is not part of this PR.

dan select: course panel closer to the cabinet c14075b8fa

- Course rows show the song title alone (no subtitle). In CJK languages the title is set
  in runs (ASCII / everything else) so kanji and kana keep their width; it needs the
  engine's OutlinedText.text and falls back to the engine's title without it.
- Exam values: in CJK languages the digits are narrowed beside full-width 以上/未満, with
  a little room between them; smaller size and a thicker edge, centred on the row's
  coin and right-aligned with the cabinet's.
- Exam labels (yellow_box/exam_*.png) are smaller and edged in dark ochre, centred in
  their pills.
