With no saved best, the 自己ベスト row is no longer drawn at all, as on the cabinet.

The gauge box's white best pill was part of exam_gauge_box, so a course never played still showed an empty pill with the 自己ベスト label in it. That pill is now its own texture (dan_select/yellow_box/exam_gauge_best_pill). Each 自己ベスト row draws its pill, label and value only when the course has a best for it. The right-hand boxes already used their own pill, and they follow the same rule now.

Checked on dan select with a played course (all rows shown) and a never-played one (no pill or label in any box). No errors in the log.

checksums.sha256 is not part of this PR.

The gauge box's best pill was part of exam_gauge_box, so it showed even on a course never played, with the label in it. It is now its own texture (exam_gauge_best_pill), and with no best neither pill nor label is drawn, as on the cabinet.
