Dan gauge: one 21 px cell per bar piece, anchored on the cell grid

The dan gauge fill pieces were 12 px wide at x 726 while the border's cell
grid is 50 x 21 px from x 738; make the bar one cell wide at 738 so the
engine's per-cell stretch lands on the grid, and centre the 32 px gauge-up
glow on its cell (733).
